Water Nymph

In mythology water nymph refers to a class of minor deities associated with rivers, streams, ponds, lakes, fountains or the sea.

The word "nymph" comes from Greek and simply means a young girl.

The Greeks have many myths about nymphs and distinguish different types: sea nymphs (two types: oceanids and neriads), fresh water nymphs (naiads), forest nymphs (dryads), tree nymphs (hamadryads).

Water, in all it's forms, is so important to human life that every society has it's myths about it and the magical creatures associated with it.

This years pass so fast, many many new things comes to my life, new job, new good good friends, new cockaree, new style, new face, new place, new taste but same old me!!! : )

I have many pland to do next year, but i just can't do it alone, just need u all to support me Ja ; )

ข้าวหน้าไก่

ข้าวหน้าไก่ของดวงใจ
ต้องหนักเปรี้ยวนะ!! พริกน้ำส้มอยู่ที่โต๊ะทานข้าว ดวงใจเอ่ย ขณะที่ข้าพเจ้าพยายามเลือกแต่ไก่ชิ้นใหญ่ในหม้อหน้าไก่ที่เหนียบหนึบขึ้นมาราดลงบนข้าวสวยร้อนๆ ว่าพลางก็หันมาโรยผักชีและพริกชี้ฟ้าเขียวเสียเต็มจานของข้าพเจ้า โถหนูไม่รู้อะไร คนกินเป็นเค้าจะรู้ ว่ามันต้องทานพร้อมพริกเขียว ว่าแล้วก็หันไปสาละวนกับการกวนซุบฟักทองสีเหลืองอร่ามในหม้อต่อ
ดวงใจเคยเล่าให้ข้าพเจ้าฟังว่า ข้าวหน้าไก่จานนี้ เป็นการผสมผสานรสมือของแม่กับร้านที่ชอบ(5แยก) ทำให้ได้สูตรที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ ของดวงใจเอง เวลาทานจะต้องใส่พริกน้ำส้มเยอะๆ แต่ข้าพเจ้าไม่ค่อยชอบความที่เปรี้ยวมากเกินไปเลย แอบไม่ใส่เสียเลย แต่ก็ยังทานอร่อยดีจนต้องเติมเสียหลายต่อหลายจาน
แต่ก่อนพออยากกินข้าวหน้าไก่ทีไรต้องถ่อร่างไปเสียถึง 5แยก หรือไม่ก็ไปสั่งร้านสีฟ้าซึ่งก็ทำได้รสดีไม่แพ้กัน ครั้นพอดวงใจได้ลองทำข้าวไก่สำเร็จและเป็นที่นิยมของใครต่อใคร มาพักหลัง เอะอะไรก็ ข้าวหน้าไก่ ทำซะเป็นอาหารประจำบ้านไปเสียเลยเชียว
